Students who have successfully taken the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and have pursued at least two electives falling within the general business law area may be admitted directly onto the second year of study. They will qualify for the award of LLM in Business Law by studying the equivalent of one 30 credit module and by writing a 15,000 word dissertation. Such students can enrol between September and December 2015 (or earlier) and will commence their study at the same time as those students who have just completed their first year of the course and are progressing on to their second year in January 2016.
